Tournament Details

There are four public launches (bigger map below)

  • Big Birch North Public Access - North pool on west side -
    • Elk River and Anoka
  • Hunter's Bay Public Access - Northwest bay 
    • Heritage Christian
  • State Forest Public Access - South edge of west bay
    • Rogers and Osseo
  • Big Birch SE access - southeast bay
    • no teams assigned

We're hosting out of The Historic Rock Tavern on the north east tip of the north bay of the lake off of highways 33/47 corner. The restaurant is usually closed but will be opening at 12:00 for our event, so please patronage the restaurant as you're able to say thanks!

Little Birch is not off limits if safely navigable. Navigate at your own risk safely. Late penalties will apply so be mindful of your choice. Sylvia is off limits.

 

Morning Check in time - 6:00 am - 6: 45 am

This will be handled at the dock of The Historic Rock Tavern. No need to get off the boat hopefully. Idle up and we will verify info for the boat. Then you can proceed to your launch staging area.

  • Flight A Boat Meeting and Launch- 7:00 - Boats #1-19
  • Flight B Boat Meeting and Launch - 7:15 - Boats #20-38

Return Times - Volunteers helping with weigh-in should report at 12:00 for setup and assignments.

  • Flight A - 1:00 PM
  • Flight B - 1:25 PM

When weighing in, please only use tournament provided bags to eliminate congestion at the weigh table with fish in bags. Captains please  idle off of dock if anglers are weighing and dock space is limited for another team to drop off/pick up anglers.

At the end of tournament, please load fish back into livewells and release in deeper water on a weed line for fish recovery.

Awards will follow after all teams have weighed.

Who enforces the rules?

All anglers, boat captains, coaches and commissioners are in control of enforcing the rules.

Please report any witnessed violations to the boat captain or coach who will then report them to the Conference Commissioner in charge of the event.
